Scaling Down of Operations Due to Funding

Inua Advocacy announces significant service reductions and operational changes due to ongoing financial challenges and the lack of sustainable funding support. Effective June 2026, we will close our Lilongwe office and reduce staffing capacity, while maintaining our presence at Dzaleka Refugee Camp. The funding crisis is expected to affect key services, including legal assistance and work responding to human trafficking and other human rights violations. Despite these challenges, we remain committed to advocating for refugee rights and dignity in Malawi. We appeal for support from partners, donors, and well-wishers to sustain our work.
